All bookings require a credit or debit card for no-show protection.
Online booking can sometimes be overwhelming, No worries!
1. DM a few photos of your current hair, down, from the back and front on with NO filter.
2. Send images of your goals Via Facebook Messenger.
3. Walk me through your hair colour history in the past 5 years.
4. please classify your natural hair into one of these 3 categories (thin, medium or thick density).
5. Let me know if you’d like to check if you’re approved to use AfterPay financing for your services and/or extensions order. I will dm you a custom link including your whole tab and you will select Afterpay at checkout. if using afterpay i do require pre payment.
We also offer consultation appointments where you can make time with us to come into the studio before booking alternatively we can book a video call.
As we want you to relax and enjoy your visit, We’ve created this guide to ensure you can manage your day and other commitments.
Consultations - around 30mins
Patch tests - around 15mins
HAIR
Wash and blow-dry - around 1 hr
Haircuts - around 1.5hrs
Keratin smoothing - 2-4hr
Permanent Smoothing/straightening - 2-4hrs
Grey coverage - dark - about 3hrs
Lightening - between 3 and 5hrs
Significant colour changes or corrections and any smoothing treatments can take all-day
LASHES
Lash extensions full set - between 2-3 hrs
Lash extension refills - around 1.5hrs
Lash removal - around 40min
Once we have completed a thorough consultation, we will be able to provide you with a pretty accurate time for when your service will be complete.
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. While we will always try to find a solution to provide your service as planned, this may not be possible in some cases.
YES! Zip Pay and After Pay available.
However if you aim to finance your booking, I urge you to pay in full before your appointment so we don’t run into any denial hurdles in the salon, last minute.. If you plan to finance your upcoming appointment we need to do so before I service you, so please send me a DM now to get that squared away
Any card payments will incur a fee
Yes, Just like any specialist out there, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. any cancellations or changes to appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% service fee.
No-shows to appointments, or appointments with less that 4 hours notice to cancel will incur a 100% service fee which must be paid in order to rebook, along with a 50% deposit for your next appointment.
A credit or debit card is required to make a booking at the pretty gang, which is stored securely & encrypted by Square, Inc.
At the pretty gang, we are by appointment only.
hours range from 8:30am-9pm weekdays,
Saturdays and Sundays by request.
*please note that these days and times will require an additional $30 -$50 fee depending on which service you require
At the pretty gang our space is small, and sacred.
For this reason, we ask that you refrain from bringing any extra people to your appointment, including children.
*Exception for up to 6 months.

Ideally, we want to see your hair as it naturally is, showing any natural texture and how you like to wear it. It's best not to have freshly washed hair (two days is perfect)
EVO colour range is free from ammonia, ppd and resorcinol to make your day a little safer.
Please make sure your hair is clean and tangle free, only shampoo two or 3 days MAX prior to any chemical service.
COLOURING
If you have been in chlorinated water, please ensure you wash your hair and remove all the chlorine before your appointment.
If you have scalp sensitivity or any skin abrasions, let us know.
Did you know: some medications and changes in your hormones can cause extra sensitivity? Consider this when booking your colour appointment and dont forget to mention this at the beginning of your appointment.
Other Tips
WHAT TO WEAR:
Despite our best endeavours - capes, towels, clips sometimes clothing can get wet, products on or colour. This can be through no fault of anyones. We recommend wearing something with this in mind.
Collarless tops are preferred.
A top that is easy to remove without messing up your hair
You are welcome to bring a change of clothes.
Earrings should be removed and placed somewhere safe
Mobile phones - please switch your phone to silent during your visit.
Bringing someone with you to your appointment
Please let us know prior to the day so we can do our best to make this work with the available space.
